Before we arrive at your home, it will help a great deal if you remove all your easily breakable items. Prepare your pets in a safe place. Pick up anything on floors. Move any light furniture out of the way of areas to be cleaned. Make note of any areas or stains that you want us to address specifically.

When we arrive at your home, our technicians will assess your services and make sure you agree before we start. We’ll do a walk around and advise you on the best way to clean your carpet. Next, we will move as much of the lighter furniture as possible, however, we cannot move the heavier pieces. We will proceed to vacuum the areas to be cleaned. Then we will pre-spray, and spot treat your carpets so our cleaning solutions can safely start breaking down the dirt, stains buried deep in your carpet fibers. We will start buffing your carpets with the newest buffers on the market that agitate your carpets from all directions to insure the best cleaning possible.
